Terms and Conditions for Membership Program
Effective Date: January 27, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in the membership program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll.
2. Membership Levels The membership program offers two levels: Essential Membership and Premium Membership. Each level provides different benefits as outlined on our website.
3. Membership Fees
• Essential Membership: $39 per month or $399 per year.
• Premium Membership: $59 per month or $599 per year.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of enrollment.
4. Membership Benefits: Members will receive access to select developed courses, existing and new summit presentations, and Impact Playbook Newsletter. Benefits may be subject to change, and members will be notified of any significant changes.
5. Access and Usage Membership access is granted to the individual member only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or access with non-members is prohibited.
6. Cancellation and Termination Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, membership fees are non-refundable. The organization reserves the right to terminate membership for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the membership process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability The organization is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the membership services.
9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the state of Nevada, USA.
10. Changes to Terms The organization reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the membership services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
